Our volunteers are essential to making our on the ground research and project implementation happen.
Depending on the season our volunteers can get involved with the following:
- Invasive species removal (Spring to Fall)
- Adding information to the data base (all year round)
- Researching ongoing projects or new projects (all year round)
- Adding to our free online information data base (all year round)
- Educating tourists and other visitors about the area (Spring to Fall)
- Supporting community organized projects (all year round)
As we are located in a remote wilderness area, we provide volunteers with room and board in exchange for their help. Due to the fact that we are running on a donations-only basis we are not able to compensate you in any other way for your help.
